Ensure adherence to administrative and recordkeeping guidelines to support accurate bookkeeping and documentation of activities in order to ensure compliance with funding requirements.Lead budget management of diverse funding sources and oversee the revenue and expenditure tracking.Engage in public speaking, develop presentation materials, and develop and deliver presentations at meetings and conferences.Identify and secure new grant funding, track and monitor grants, and develop funder reports.Cultivate and manage funder, business client and community partner relationships.Provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff and consultants to support their growth and effectiveness within their programmatic responsibilities.Support and lead organizational and community capacity building efforts, including trainings and workshops on topics relevant to monitoring, evaluation, and learning.Develop and ensure the use of detailed workplans and timelines to guide achievement of grant, contract and partnership commitments.Lead lobbying and advocacy campaigns to advance food and health equity at the local and state level.Serve as a spokesperson for the Prince George’s Food Equity Council and actively participate in local and regional food system focused coalitions and working groups.Direct, manage, implement, coordinate, and monitor food-related policies, programs, and initiatives.Provide leadership for the development and implementation of innovative and evidence-based public health interventions focused on food security and food equity.
